Claris began as a think tank formed by healthcare leaders who understood the delicate balance of uniting diverse expertise, proven processes, and modern technology to enhance patient care. Recognizing the challenges faced by our peers in the industry, we set out to develop innovative, agile, and scalable approaches to problem-solving.

Susan Seltzer
CEO

Susan brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare IT, operations, clinical optimization, and digital transformation. Recognized as a trusted advisor, she helps organizations streamline systems and workflows to improve outcomes, efficiency, and care delivery. As CEO of Claris, she provides strategic guidance and practical solutions that drive measurable improvements in performance across clinical, operational, and financial domains. 

She has successfully led enterprise-wide initiatives such as EHR and RCM implementations, ERP deployments, population health platforms, cloud migrations, and value-based care strategies. Her leadership has advanced transformative programs such as Meaningful Use, DSRIP execution, and Agile adoption—delivering impactful results through strategic vision, collaboration, and operational excellence. 

Known for her unique ability to bridge clinical and business teams, Susan ensures technology investments align with strategic goals and are adopted across the organization. She leads high-performing, cross-functional teams and delivers sustainable, tailored solutions in dynamic healthcare environments. Her expertise spans clinical and operational optimization, revenue cycle management, IT governance, end user engagement, change management, and interoperability—all grounded in a deep understanding of healthcare operations and passion for improving care delivery through innovative, technology-enabled solutions. 

Susan has held leadership roles at Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, Moffitt Cancer Center, Montefiore Medical Center, and Roche, where she spearheaded initiatives that streamlined operations, improved system interoperability, and enabled better care coordination. Her expertise in healthcare operations and technology enables tailored solutions that optimize clinical and business performance. 

Susan earned her Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Iona College and Bachelor’s degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Stony Brook University. She also holds certifications in Agile Leadership and Scrum Product Ownership, reinforcing her ability to lead collaborative, high-impact transformation initiatives that advance care delivery and operational excellence.

Robert Green
EVP, Operations

Robert founded Claris in 2022 with the belief that solving healthcare IT challenges requires more than technical expertise—it demands innovative thinking, strategic insight, and a relentless focus on sustainable results. With a strong background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and over a decade of experience in healthcare digital transformation, Robert possesses a unique blend of strategy design, operational leadership, client service excellence, and a passion for continuous improvement.

At Claris, Robert leads Strategy, Business Development, and Client Success, working closely with clients to ensure every engagement delivers meaningful impact. He has held senior leadership roles at Inspire, VieCure, Moffitt Cancer Center, and Montefiore Health System, where he was responsible for overseeing large-scale digital initiatives, client services operations, and strategic planning efforts. His work has spanned everything from launching cloud-based healthcare platforms to optimizing patient engagement technologies and building scalable service delivery models.

Robert’s ability to connect big-picture strategy with operational execution makes him a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders seeking to modernize systems, improve workflows, and drive measurable outcomes. As part of Claris’ executive leadership team, he plays a critical role in shaping the firm’s growth and ensuring client partnerships are built on value, trust, and long-term success.

He holds a dual concentration MBA in Financial Management and Information Systems and a BS in General Business from Iona College, along with Agile and Scrum certifications that enhance his ability to lead in dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environments.
